Please arrive with fresh, clean skin, no heavy moisturizers, no makeup, no bronzers.

Please shave the area prior to your appointment, the day before or the day of is ideal.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, spray tans, self tanners, bronzers at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
We allow for refunds within 7 days of purchase if no treatments have been used.

We cannot guarantee results and will not refund after services have been provided.

Cancel a subscription at any time, for any reason. No refunds will be given on payments made.

Treatments never expire! If you feel you dont need them anymore, you can use them on other areas if you choose, save them for future maintenance treatments, or gift them to someone else!
Please schedule your free consultation at least a day prior to your first treatment if you have never been to our clinics.

You should schedule laser hair removal treatments for areas above your shoulders every 4-6 weeks, for areas below your shoulders every 6-8 weeks. If you are having multiple areas treated, aim for every 6 weeks. This timing is just the recommendation, it is absolutely ok if you are outside of these intervals.

If you sign up for a subscription, you can schedule treatments once per month.

If you are planning a sunny vacation, please schedule 2 weeks before or after your trip.

We reserve the right to charge a 25$ fee if you repeatedly no-show for your appointment times.
